South Bend? I don't think you are right about that. I lived in South Bend for four years. No crazy gun laws at all.

You know, if a CA LEO wanted your firearm, there are no restrictions from him/her buying from you and you shipping to their FFL. For future sellers, a blanket clause stating that a potential buyer is solely responsible for knowing local laws in accordance with buying/shipping a firearm to their location. This is why we have the FFL process. I bring this up because I have a couple LEO friends looking for a FsN.
