WTB- USED AR57 upper
...and I mean used! I have $450 in hand. Would PREFER the lighter fluted barrel, but not necessary. Did I say used? Worn, scratched, 1000+ rounds fired... OK! Somebody PLEASE help me out and cut me a deal!

Re: WTB- USED AR57 upper
Found and ordered an upper (Gen 1). Now I need a lower parts kit; donations graciously accepted.
I plan to 4x scope it. Any ideas if subsonic (Quietors) for the FsN will function? What kind of range and accuracy can I expect with subs?

No they won't.
I call them 5.5, 10.5 and 16.5 for a reason. Barrels lengths.

I hadn't had a chance to look that deep into them; didn't know there were 3 versions.

I optimize each Sub Sonic load for each barrel length. I run 5.5 most often since it has the highest demand of the three.
