I think I might NEED this for a home defense shotgun when they finally come out. 
6 shot revolving 12ga with integrated Salvo 12 suppressor.
Apparently they had a version of these at the 2016 Shot Show and then this version at the 2017 Shot Show but still no word as to release date or price (that I can find)
They're also making versions for hunting and one that mounts under an AR-15 like a grenade launcher. I don't know about other states but IIRC, Idaho has a 3 shot capacity restriction for hunting so not sure if that version will fly here.
