The rarest of the compact FNP9-Ms ... a white one!

Is it really so tough to feed a different color material into the molding machine?

I'm not sure how theirs work but at the Solo plant I had a contract at, a hard part was getting all of the other color out of the machine. Could end up with off color streaks going through. But only a couple of machines were set up that way.
IIRC Solo had bulk feed material & something like a color mixing assembly that could be changed out for another color on some other machines. Actually, now I can't remember if they changed them out or just ran the new color until old one was purged... :ponder: Either way, it was faster & cheaper.

OP, nice collector item but not worth the 3x or 4x price tag if looking for a carry weapon

Yeah, you've got to clean the machine. Remove all traces of black. Then run the 5 or so white ones. Then clean the machine. Then switch back to black. Quite a bit of downtime there.

Regarding worth, for the showcase collectors the extreme limited number of these produced and thus far this is the only one to be seen for mass viewing equals a steal at its current bid. We passed on it a little while back. We would have shot the sh*t out of it. Made it two-tone. Black/grey up front from all the rounds cycled. Never been a showcase collector.

I'd get it dirty just holding it.
That's why I like black and FDE weapons. They hide dirt better...

That's a kinda cool back story to it, and definitely something you don't see everyday.

I'll pass though, I'm not into collectable guns unless they are family guns.
