Dies, LEE are the best bang for buck followed by Hornady.

Bullets, Any standard .224 bullets. .223's are really .224 diameter. Keep the weights under 55gr and keep an eye on ogive bearing surface.

I just started reloading the 5.7 pistol myself and got lyman dies from midway $60 or so and started with 40g hornady v max's, cci 400 small rifle primers, and ramshot true blue..found the sweet spot at 5.4g. Good luck finding yours, it's hella addicting! Thanks to the guys on here for there knowledge.
