55gr Sub Sonic w/ Accurate #7

Post by m70b1jr » 16 Feb 2024, 18:25

Hey guys!

I haven't been able to find this combo anywhere, but I was curious if anyone had load data for Hornady .22cal FMJ-BT projectiles + Accurate #7 powder.

I don't think I'll have any issues stabilizing this projectile - I plan on using them in my 3DP90, which is a 3d printed clone of the P9O that uses 1:7 twist barrele in 12.5" lengths or 16" (12.5" in my case, it's a pistol build)

Thanks guys!

I have tried a few loads way back when... It was posted on here at one point but photobucket went pay-to-play.
Anyway

Oh nice!

Looks like I should start with 3.3gr and move up? Supposedly Accurate had a formula change at some point, would this data be pre or post formula change?

I could get a little more speed out of that load yet but since you're using a longer barrel, 3.3 might be a good start.

I have no idea when they did the formula change but the testing dates are on the pic, your google's as good as mine
