Starting in 2012, Federal began producing a new 5.7×28mm round for civilian shooters, designated the AE5728A

We have threads dating back to July of 2012 but according to Buffman:
Buffman wrote:Federal is producing nothing other than fancy boxes, and perhaps the bullet. All Ammo is still loaded by FNH or Fiocchi..

Let your voice be heard that this ammo is too expensive. There is a 'post comment' link under the product description at the link provided...

My review

At $1.00 a round it is 50 cents too expensive.

Wasting your breath, there
Is too high a price to pay

what about a yearly board shoot in a middle area where we could all meet and have a fiendly comp.
this board seems tight grouped I bet it could work

side note I missed about the last month straight at the range and it showed pretty fast that me personaly need to be at rang alot to stay sharp

I've been doing it already, for 2-3 years.

I live in the great country of Texas.

Forum members have been invited in the past, and have flown down. This is the only forum I frequent, and I have made many great friends here.

You are free to train with me, anytime you want, as long as you're not a crazy person. :)

Republic of Texas, you mean? :p

I don't think there is anywhere that's convenient for all of us to go meet and shoot. We're fairly evenly spread out as best I can tell.

I KNOW.

We really are. Oregon, Cali, Texas, NY, Georgia, Chicago, Florida, Illinois. That's where a lot of us are. Even Jim is really far from me.

The best place for us to meet is really Texas, since it is the middle of the road, and the ranges where I'm at are very liberal in what you can do; at least more so that the other ones I have competed in, out of state/Republic :)

That's why I want to raise money for my road trip across America! So I can visit all of ya'll. Lately, I've been thinkin; I've driven across a lot of the southern states of America; it's very taxing and I've seen a lot of it. Maybe I'll save money for air tickets? I think that would be a better use of time and work with schedules a lot better, and be easier to predict.

Thoughts?

Dang. I was looking forward to training with you one of these days. But then you threw that "not crazy" caveat in. I might be able to fake it through a short interview.
