I Love My Diamondback DBX-57 AND their Customer Service
Hello fellow 5.7 enthusiasts!! I reload for my 5.7 rounds and have been for over a year now. Lot's of tricks to make things right. Lots of trial and error. I love challenges. That's why I love reloading for this caliber. The DBX-57 is the lightest 8" pistol that I know of. Maybe the Kel-Tech is close. But this firearm handles like a toy but as we all know, the 5.7x28mm round is nothing to scoff at. So I even bought an annealer and 3 different sets of dies and 2 more presses for this round. I want the best rounds I can get from the tools I have. As we all know, precision matters. From looking at some of these topics on reloading this cartridge, it seems many of you all like em hot! As do I , but I also like to extend the life of my brass over just a couple of shootings. So if I can get 1800+FPS from a 52gr hollow point out of my DBX-57, that's just fine with me. I like my triggers between 3-3.5lbs and crisp. I like lasers that keep zero. I like red dots that keep zero. I like flip-up MBUS sights. I like the 1913 pistol brace options. I'm getting ready to install a smaller and more vertical pistol grip. I like the 20 round magazines and have no desire to extend them any further. So in other words, I like my firearm to stay as close to light and compact as reasonable. (5lbs Max). I like the feel of a toy gun and that's exactly what this firearm feels to me. -Joe R
