Price on PS90s

Post by a601c605d » 12 Nov 2014, 10:45

I've been looking to get into the 5.7 game with a ps90 and have been offered a few and was wondering what I should be looking to pay roughly for a:
Ps90 NIB 2014?
Ps90 G3 well kept?
Ps90 G2 well kept?

The reason I ask is that the various people/dealers making the offers have all been all over the place and so I was looking to get the community's input on the matter.

Thanks!

I would depend on the generation. If it is a NIB 2014 I would say $1400-1600.

You really need to determine what you want out of it first. I have seen the ring sight from a G2 alone go for $400, even though you could buy something similar for less. I have seen the G2 hammer pack go for $600-$800. Crazy. If you value those aspects, it doesn't seem wrong to pay over $1,500 for a G2, even though you should be able to find a NIB for under $1,200. What's it worth to you? I have a G2 with a white ring sight and a REM T3 that I wouldn't part with for $1,600. I don't know how much higher someone would have to offer, and I hope I don't find out. You could do almost the same by adding a $400-$500 optic to a new one. Can't do much about the G2 hammer pack.

I also Have the Gen 2 ring site and trigger pack. The Gen 1 and Gen 2 trigger packs are worth a lot of money. I won't part with mine but I have seen them go as high as $1200 dollars!!! I really dont get why anyone would spend that much on a hammer pack but thats were I will stop the conversation. I would just pick up your current Gen 4 PS90. They should be pretty reasonable, also what is your budget first of all?

I'm the current high bidder on GB - on 2 different ps90s ( both Gen 2 ) one in OD green, one in black with 3 extra mags & 400 rounds of ammo. If anyone wants to outbid me, please do, I don't want to end up with both of them, I'll end up selling one on here! Current bid is $1380 for the OD Green & $1300 for black, both have the white ring sights. Just thought I'd let you guys know. ( the bids have stopped, I've been the high bidder on both of them for a few days now. Auctions don't end for 4 days on the OD green & 9 on the black one. I'm sure I'll get outbid, I thought I'd let any interested parties know they're on there.

I paid $900.00 for a new PS90 from Luke AFB and $0 for sales tax. They got two in and they both sold quickly. It came with one 50 RD mag but no sights accept for the rail with the integrated peep sight. For that price I figured I couldn't go wrong. So far the gun has shot flawlessly using AE ammo in both the FN mag that came with the gun and the aftermarket 50 RD mags I bought. Put on an Eotech 512 with integrated laser, which works well for me.

So someone outbid me on the Olive Drab PS90 on GB, so now I'm down to the one I want ( if anyone else in this forum is bidding or planning to on this - http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewIt ... =452655031" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It's a black one with a 40xxx serial number and the Gen 2 trigger pack, a couple extra mags and 400 rounds of ammo. Let me know if you want it, and I'll let you know how high I plan on bidding so one of us can get it at a lower price ( hopefully) & not bid against each other. My only concern is the guy selling it, I went into his past purchase history & he bought some items that may have been swapped out & he hasn't responded to my emails. He bought a demilled receiver that was partially cut up ( for parts ) and a full auto trigger pack, and a few other items that can be swapped out from the one he's selling and replaced with parts he bought previously. Just want to make sure I'm bidding on a good weapon that hasn't had the barrel swapped, the bolt carrier, or anything else, ( unless he put the full auto pack in, I'll take it! I wish ) - if anyone reads this, look at the pics and compare to another ps90 with the ring sights, it looks like the sight and rail is sitting a bit lower, and above the PS90 stamp it looks like there may have been a weld job done. Just wanna make sure. Thanks everyone.

It wasn't an ad, it was an offer to meet a need. I guess I'll use a PM instead, sorry for the trouble.

If you're LE/MIL, one of my local shops has them listed on their site at $899.

Yea, even GB has em for $969 and $30 shipping, $999 delivered. GT Distributors has a really good LEO/MIL price just over $800 & it says TR, But the pic doesn't show triple rail, waiting to see the different prices on the standard & TR. I wish the ps90 had the laser built into the receiver like the p90- can't get it that way I guess, gonna have to add the optic & add ons when I get it. Thanks everyone. Here's the one on GB I found at the lowest price & they have several - http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewIt ... =455234713" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Happy Thanksgiving!
