I opted for the Model 2 (#05106) Pachmayr finger groove grip for large pistols. Fit and function is considered outstanding but I'm beginning to think that the finger groove slip-on grip is larger than my hands are going to be able to master. Pachmayer advises that the circumference of the finger groove v. plain flat front "should be" the same but I wonder if the raised ridges that define the finger grooves measurably restrict ability of medium sized hands to wrap around the Five-seven's grip. If so, factoring in hand size might be an important consideration in selection a slip-on. Your thoughts will be greatly appreciated.PainKillaX wrote:If I recall correctly you will want the size 1 (smooth) or size 2 (grooved). http://www.pachmayr.com/slip-on-grips.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I know for certain that a Hogue Handall will fit as well. http://www.hoguestore.com/index.php?mai ... &cPath=114" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Hope this helps.

The combined palm swells and finger grooves on the Hogue did make the grip just -slightly- larger than is comfortable for me but I can still easily hold, control, and operate it so it's fine with me. I might take it back off sometime but it was a real bugger to get on once...

I've seen it, just read through it all again. Fantastic. Every new member needs to be forcefully re-directed here. It will answer 90% of the questions we see. The other 10% being "is the 5.7x28 super powerful or an expensive .22?!?!" :lmao:

FAB Defense makes a "Pistol to Carbine Stock" for the Five-seveN. I have one and it works very well...
