Five-seveN Takedown lever fail

Hey y'all,
First post, so to start with, hi.

A couple days ago i took my still basically new Five-seveN apart and reassembled it, no problem.

Today though, the takedown lever won't go all the way back. Nothing else appears amiss, but it simply will not come apart.

Anyone have this issue or even just a solution to this issue?

Did you take all the pins out and possibly install slide cam incorrectly?

I’d try racking and un racking while putting pressure on the take down.

Another possibility, since it’s a new gun maybe you forgot the takedown lever doesn’t go all the way back until you pull the slide back a little.

Can you post a video? The take down lever NEVER comes out. So to be clear, instead of a basic take down, remove slide and barrel etc.

You completely disabled the pistol down to a bare frame?
