Re: Alien Gear Holster - MkII & USG!

When I took the "advanced" carry course back in Iowa, they told us we needed to reholster without looking. If there was enough of a threat to draw then even after the threat is gone, you still need to constantly scan. It's actually not that big of a deal (holstering w/out looking), just unload & pr...

Alien Gear Holster - MkII & USG!

I've been wearing a Crossbreed Supertuck for the last several years and found it to be a really good solution. One thing that made me crazy was the logo that they stamp on the belt clip, and that cross actually got me "made" a couple of times. The people who "made" me were fellow CCWers so it wasn't...

Re: Completely unrelated

Pinhole cameras are relatively inexpensive and easy to install/hide. I used them often in the retail stores I ran, but then again, they were always controlled by a sophisticated (and expensive) system that was hidden in the computer room. That's why I like the dlink products - the are fully containe...

Re: Completely unrelated

Are people, especially young people, so oblivious that they think they can enter a private residence without permission or consequence? I had someone try to open my door this morning & then they knocked. By the time I answered the door, he & his buddy (never saw that one) were headed up the stairs ...

Re: I got my five seven back and a question

RM Holsters does not have the FsN listed on their products, just the FN(P,X,S)9 & FN(P,X,S)40 That doesn't mean they won't, just that it's not listed. They may also do custom work. Zorn only has the MII on their list, make sure about which model you have & which one you're order. I use the MTAC, I ...

Dayum. So, hypothetically speaking, if I had a box of S5 rounds... by their #s, it would go for... a lot.

Hypothetically.

Re: Tungsten cored bullets

People who work in gun shops/ranges ALWAYS know what they're talking about. Why would you even question it? I was in a shop in Daytona when I witnessed the guy behind the counter, who was trying to sell a used FsN, explain that it's called a cop-killer gun because "you could line up 5 people and th...

While the guy's (the first video) skill set seemed much more attuned to zombie apocalypse survival, I must admit that I would not turn down a Japanese ceremonial bow-holding session with those ladies.

YMMV.

I don't think we have a thread for archery, and no, I didn't search it. I didn't really give it much thought until watching this: BEG-ly9tQGk Holy shiznit, the training necessary to achieve this kind of proficiency must be insane. The upside though: a person with this skill level would never have to...
