Re: Trade SS 192 for 9MM - Help Me

I would say given what 192 is truly going for if you have to get rid of it fast, you are looking at a 2 to 1 maybe 2.5-1 ratio but not likely. That is 2 rounds of 9 for each round of 192. It would be more if 9 wasn't as tight or if you live in an area like the mtn west which seems to have its share ...

Re: NRA life membership

Yes. Sorry not clear. I am a benefactor. What I meant was that I already had patron status. Looks like they are moving people through ranks. So I'm sure when I get back home and check there will be a discount for that. Also I have never set up my account online. Just didn't want info on there for go...

Re: NRA life membership

WOW. I have to set up my webpage and see if there is a deal for me too! If you are a life member, just go to https://www.nra-2013.org/ and enter your info. You will get the same deal as the rest of us. $250 for Endowment, then $300 more for Patron. I didn't get the Patron deal until my Endowment me...

Re: Illinois Approves Concealed Carry

A Chicago senator stated that the required 16 hours of training is not enough to have a handgun. He didn't mention though, that no training is required to become a senator! Nor for members of the Chicago City counsel who for decades now without any training, background check or IL. FOID card could ...

Re: NRA life membership

Well my life membership package just arrived in the mail. I had signed up for installment payments just before the $300 promotion started. I thought about calling the NRA and having them switch me over to the $300 plan, but then I started thinking about all the gun-grabbers, potential legislation g...

Re: pushed in bullet

I have to say that one of the main reasons I sold my PS90 was because it only shot FN ammo without this happening. I have never tried the AE, as I sold the gun before they came out, but my reloads and the EA ammo would do this every so often. All the 195, 192, 197 and 198 I had was fine, but the Pro...

Either way,

EOTech is an excellent HWS, which frankly can't be beat in its class. I hope the OP enjoys using his.

It isn't an opinion. It's a educated observation. It isn't bait either. It is a fair challenge to what I observe to be an inane assertion.

And I don't expect documentation.

I would say you have had bad luck. SO much that I would blame operator error. I used EOTechs for years in the military and personally and even had one that went through an explosion, and it still worked, with cracked glass and all. None of the aimpoints that got blasted held up. That being said, for...
