In my experience, a signature means nothing. Anyone can sign, rarely do drivers ask for the recipient to sign, or identification of the person signing. With this and the chicken scratch signatures how will requiring a signature stop the missing packages problem?

These are Winchester's Platinum Tip Hollow Point bullets. Shown here in .454 Casull. You can almost always link the sharp petals back to Winchester, and then the horseshoe shape of the petals back to the PTHP in large bore. In the shoulder area where this round has failed the chambers on the Jarvis over sized causing the neck and shoulder to move even more then normal. It stresses an already stressed area. Agreed. I cycled about 100 rounds through 3 FSNs with most around ~1900fps with a range between 1800-1990fps.

Hide in plain sight - a consideration. Similar to steganography. If you own your own there's quite a bit of area you have available to hide your firearms.

Take the slide cover off and look at the slide as well as the front and rear sights. By doing this you will at least learn if the front sight can be drifted and the cover shaved. Can you pop the slide cover and take another photo so we can see where it sits? You might be able to drift it, and then file some slide cover away to have it fit over the front sight's new position.

Haven't seen the new Mk II in person - is the front blade adjustable?

Yes these most recent ones are not Barnes. Two unique characteristics of these are the lines as Buffman pointed out as well as the "lips" (trough) at the petal end. The petals almost look like a scoop.

OMB most likely has a relationship with FnH. Part of that contract specifically states that sales of SS198 are restricted to LEO/MIL. You will find this often if you look. OMB does not want to jeopardize their relationship with FnH so it appears from your experience OMB is adhering to their terms.

Another issue is paying $200 on gunbroker and then seeing Elite make more ammo available for a fraction of the price shortly after winning my bid. The thing is expect to pay for what you want. Highly unlikely anyone is going to part with their Elite Ammo at the price they paid for it.

While the prices aren't commanding what they were back in January of this year they are still significantly more than the price Elite sells their loads at.
