would probably be easier to just buy a longer spring?
Great idea though, i've had my mag pop once or twice. Going to have to pull that apart and do this mod!

Re: Suppressor quick connect for the ps90?
kay, is there an attachment that could thread onto the end of a ps90, has the quick connect in the middle. and then on the other end have threads for the suppressor? Since there isn't anything like this offered on the Silencerco site i don't there is anything out there. Might have to design somethin...

Suppressor quick connect for the ps90?
I remember seeing a youtube demo of a p90 suppressed with a Gem-tech, it had a "quarter turn quick connect"? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iB-ekorRECg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; this guy removes the suppressor after shooting it. I run a Silencerco sparrow 22 on my ps90 because y...

Re: Spring pressure reducer for ps90 mag
a loaded mag pushes a spring closer to its elastic limit, as they said manufacturers design mag springs to not exceed the metals elastic limit, and a well made spring should perform like this. I'm going the way of logic here because i get conflicting reports. Some say the spring lasts forever, no wo...

it's a simple thing to make if you can weld. My camera is out of commission at the moment, i can post more detailed pictures of the parts made.

Re: PS90 Magazine Problem
HAVE YOU DISASSEMBLED ANY or ALL OF THESE MAG'S??? The only time i had issues with a mag feeding properly was after i took mine apart then re-assembled it. I accidentally had put the plastic piece that attaches on the end of the spring (has an angle on the end that contacts with the rollers) in upsi...

I'm coming to the belief that the "common sense" prevailing today isn't what it used to.
In other words, "common sense isn't so common".

Spring pressure reducer for ps90 mag
Hey all, heres a concept i've had for a while, finally playing with a working prototype: If you use your ps90 for home defense you want to keep it loaded, the problem with this (as with all spring based magazines, but especially the ps90 mag with that long spring) is loosing pressure over time due t...

Need: Ps90 30rnd Mag plugs
Hey everybody, I'm working on an idea, I need as many of those plastic insert plugs from 30 round magazines that any of you aren't using anymore (if you got a 50 round conversion plate). I'll also take plugs from the 10rnd mags. Will be starting a thread in the PS90 & Other 5.7x28mm Rifles thread fo...

Re: New ps90 owner with pics and questions
Why would you want to sell it? I would offer the gun as a whole for sale, especially since all the accessories are painted to match. If you're trying to move it faster, strip the gun back down to stock, i would say to keep a minimum of one mag but since you say your other mags are not the fn mag i w...

Re: Leaving Gun in Hotel
Good idea about breaking it apart. If someone were looking for concealed items this isn't the best place: in the very center between the mattress and box springs is a place where the house keeping shouldn't stumble across it, at most when making a bed you lift the edges to tuck the fitted sheet, but...

:agree:
If you are having issues loading solely with one thumb pressing down on the new round, try that double thumbed technique. It's how i do it and it works great, especially on the later rounds.

Re: What causes binding/jamming in the PS90 Mag?
I figure with a long spring like the 50 rndrs it's not a good idea to keep them loaded fully for extended periods. I sketched up some designs (rough) for a concept of a collapsible ps90 mag that you could load fully, then extend it to release the pressure on the spring, so it is more like having 5 r...
