Dremel/grind m44 mosin bolt
Can I safely dremel the bolt on the m44 mosin nagant to make the action smoother?
After shooting a round I really have to uppercut that straight bolt to eject the spent round. (obv a common problem among mosins)
If so what should I grind and how much?

Beretta 92 quality versus taurus
How is Taurus 92 stack up against the orginal beretta 92?
Since Taurus bought the rights to beretta I would think that the 92 model would be equal to or better than the original m9/92. At least that's what their website is saying.

If you have the 4.5lb NM RRA trigger it will not work on your 5.7 upper after the first round. Your, unfortunately, going to have to use the heavy stock trigger w/ the contoured hammer.
Try a new trigger..

Re: Ammo rationing at Wal-Mart as panic buying sweeps US
Seems like everything is slowly coming back to normal prices. Rifles prices have stablized and ammo is getting back on the shelves. Simple supply and demand issue IMHO. No way could these ridiculous prices and shortage continue like this forever. But this high demand has lasted quite some time. Ever...

I thought only the .50bmg was SPECIFICIALLY banned.
I believe you can have muzzle loaders and 50 beowulf....
The anzioworks websites states that their they have CA approved 50cals, but you have to CALL to get more info.

That .338 rifle looks sweet. IMHO the 50bmg is over rated and not practical.
The .338 Lapua is perfect, w/o getting too ridiculous.

Re: ammo/ stopping power
May I suggest going back and retrying out the pistol. Your ammo might be a problem, and also most guns need breaking into. Try the regular blue tipped ammo and break in the gun thoroughly. May I ask if you used the white box ammo? (non blue tips?) Also how many rounds did you fire total? Welcome to ...

They're gonna use that excuse that you weren't " trained" to be a renegade cop.
I would stick with the 00 buck as a final defense and last resort.
Chances are if you got a shotgun pointed at an intruder and they still don't run away from you or halt in their tracks then they mean you harm.

Incandescent is the thing of the past.
Even Homedepot has nice high output flashlights.

I give President Bush a lot of credit. He was an avid golfer who gave up the sport. I never had one, but this is what I know any lower should work, but becareful of match triggers. I know for sure that the RRA 2 stage trigger won't work on the ar57.
