50 Beowulf ammo info needed.....

Ok after the @$$wipe incident.. I got a PM for a fellow who had the kick butt 50 'Wulf reloading info and before I had a chance to record it the site went away. Are ya still here man??? I finally got out to shoot her.. put a 4x Millett optic and I tell ya what.... those 400 grainers put large holes through steel drums . My first AR .. hella jump for 5.7, but I like those extremes
