New Ammo Conversion option at EA

This is my first posting to the forum although I have been reading it for a few months. I am really enjoying learning about and shooting the 5,7 family of guns and all the interesting ammunition offered for it. EA has so little ammunition to offer for sale, that I was really happy to see a new tab appear on the website offering to convert existing ammo. I have a few hundred rounds of SS195LF and would love to contribute that and some cash to EA in return for a few hundred rounds of S4M. I sent an email to the customer service link on the page a few days ago but have not heard back.

I notice that they have offered conversions in the past. Has that worked well for any of you? Do you end up with the same S4M in the little blue boxes or just bulk? I have received excellent service on my purchases so far, but there has been no reply to my email.

WAY back when, I had them do a conversion of 192 to S4 UltraRapTORs.
No problems & they came to me in the blue boxes

They converted mine.

They just started up that service again; I'd jump on it. The last time, they stopped for a long time.
