Ergo2 for SCAR 17S installed

Post by fd57 » 10 Mar 2012, 14:38

Removed the plastic stock grip for the SCAR 17S and installed the Ergo2. Big difference in terms of feel. Highly recommend this change. If there's a shop nearby where you can put your mitts around the Ergo2 do it.

very nice.

I've used a dremel to modify an ergogrip on an AR, before. Took off a lot of material and got my grip to the same shooting grip I use for handguns. It was very effective.

I've still got an unused $50 certificate for ergogrips that I tried to sell for $35, once. I think I will use it to get more grips to modify for fun and try on my friend's carbines.

Thanks for the post.

Prego! :)

Also seen in that snap is the magpul selector instead of the stock FnH one.

I put a hogue on mine. Pretty much any aftermarket AR grip does wonders for the feel of the rifle.
