Will any other optics fit inside and line up with the FS2000's standard cover?

Someone asked this a while back. I'm not sure if they ever found anything. I don't see why you couldn't remove the optic and replace it with something of a similar size. Just reuse the mount.

With a dremel, anything is possible.

Maybe if I had a spare cover, then I would introduce it to my dremel.
Yeah, I was hoping there was a known 3x out there that would just slip right in.
Or how about a REM T3 ring fix style illumination with controls outside the hood??? I better get in touch with M1bullpup asap!
