Few pics of my FS2K

Post by Young Guns » 14 Apr 2011, 22:28

Got an FS2000 about a month ago and LOVE it. The second time I took it to the range, my wife shot it for the first time. She ended up shooting more than me....

with my FNP-45, I just sold to buy a tactical!

Well, on the way home from the range, she said "Do they make a mini version of that rifle?". Which to me means..."Hey, I think we should get a PS90!" So....hopefully I'll be able to grab a PS90 this year also...which would absolutely ROCK!!!!!!

Since I got mine in February my M4 has seen about 80 rounds while my FS2000 has had 400 easily through it. It's my favorite gun I own and also my lady loves it too :thumb: .

Also, if you reload and are interested in some good loads for it, I have a few good ones I've developed and am working on some more.

Thanks, I'll take you up on that when I get the stuff to reload 5.56. Right now, I'm only set up to load .44 mag...I have a lot of quick change kits to buy..... :ponder:

Sounds like u go the nod. Buy one.

My wide is like 5 foot and just over 110# and all she kept saying was how light and nice my ps90 is..... Maybe I should "give" her my ps90 and buy me a ps2k......:)

Yup! I just got back from the range actually. I needed a little de-stressing. Only got to shoot about 60 rounds through the FS2K, but got plenty of looks! It's always cool when people come up and "what is that?! it looks badass!"

Every day my credit card quivers a bit more as I draw closer to pulling the trigger (some pun intended) on this one

Yes, when I got the FS2K, I ceased to use my M4gery at all.
Traded it for a CX4 that uses the 92 mags, and have loved shooting that carbine much more than the Bushmaster. (Nice CAR, but as with all gas impingement designs, is dirty, hot at times, and did not like cheap stuff at all.)

The FS2K will eat anything I feed it, stays amazingly clean even with Wolf ammo, and is a hoot to shoot.

I have a 1x4x30 Millett DMS optic on it, and it not only works well, but makes an excellent carry handle. (I need to get a sling, but have not decided on Urban ERT, or another design.)
