case trimming
Has anyone used a Possum Hollow case trimmer? I called them today about making a case trimmer for the 5.7x28 cartridge and he said that if I sent them a fired case, they should be able to make one. All the review I have found on the case trimmer say that they are great and get the job done very quickly with the power adaptor. It indexes off the case shoulder so I am a little worried about the coating on the shoulder being worn off but I dont think the shoulder coating being lost should matter much. On the plus side, it will make the job much faster, doesnt require shell plates or collets, and I can have a powered trimmer for the cost of a manual trimmer. Do you guys think it is worth a try?

Good grief Bones, go back to testing :p
srt - Never heard of that company before, is that where Possum Lodge is? (Red Green joke) I do not know enough about what makes for good case trimmers. If it doesn't cost much, I would give it a try. Otherwise, stick with something proven

Contrary to popular belief, you CAN fix stupid - it's just illegal.

It is pretty cheap and I have read a ton of good things. I am just looking at speeding up my trimming. Ill probably just give it a try.
