I can't wait to shoot some matches!

I took AE out to matches and the accuracy SUCKS ENORMOUSLY

I'm almost out of my 197, which is more accurate at 100 yds by a longshot.

they also changed the AE bullet, looks to be a cheaper crappy bullet. Not finished well at all.

I'm a retired (somewhat) manufacturing engineer and a part-time consultant. This is right up my alley.

How much capacity will it provide? If it does good work and is reliable, you are good to go.

240 per minute. There is no better press out there for this.

The only other option the very outdated Baird transfer press. They still use them and they have been modified continually but they are still 100+ year old design.

The Invernizzi press is a state of the art world beater. This press is one of their smallest where as the Baird is as big as it gets is the same small transfer press.

Quite impressive. If I wanted one for myself, what would it cost?

800k too start. Plus an operator, a Die Setter, tooling, delivery, a building with air, power, environment, and a floor that can support it.

Also a hi speed inductive annealer to keep pace with it, that's about 150k.

Also the case head portion of the rim area needs to be turned since the case comes out of there as a rounded bottom cup, that's 250k min.

Nice. Under $1.5M for the production line. Now all you need is a high-speed loader that can provide the precision needed. Pretty soon you will be talking real money!

Already have the machines in mind. They aren't arsenal machines like Federal use, those are too sloppy.

The run 4 to 6k rounds per hour, have a touch screen interface and change powder charges and seating depth on the fly. Some times the over all hardness of bullets like the V-Max changes from one batch to another. This is one reason why that even a home hand loader finds himself having to adjust his seating die from time to time.

On this machine it can be tweaked on the fly, same with primer seating depth.

I will makes millions in 10 years when all this stuff is paid off.

Indeed. Just need a banker who has faith in the project and YOU! What is that cliché? Go big or go home. Here is a corollary: A big bankruptcy is no worse on your credit than a small one. Enjoy the ride!

Neat, a better coating than FN. Will it also resist the resizing die alot better?

About the same, it has a smoother gloss finish though.
