Post by panzermk2 » 10 Nov 2008, 19:56

This video was posted on the POS forum. It is our EA QuieTOR first then a few SS195's at the end of the mag as comparison.

Big difference. Do you even need ear protection with the QuieTORs (& no supressor)?
Contrary to popular belief, you CAN fix stupid - it's just illegal.

It is a big difference. I'd still wear hearing protection.

Political tags — such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative,
and so forth — are never basic criteria. The human race divides politically into those who want
people to be controlled and those who have no such desire.

That would be a yes unless you want your ears ringing all day.

I was filming this while he was shooting this weekend, and I will second the opinion that the QuieTOR was very impressive. We shot both our PS90's (both SBR'ed and with Spectre suppressors) and I really wished we were out in the desert instead of at the range so we could have taken the ears off and experienced how quiet it was.

It was easily quieter than my 9mm can and subsonics. Hopefully we can get some better footage from the desert, without anything else to intrude in the recording.

Cheers!

Onyx
