A tip for marking your brass

Post by Virginian » 26 Feb 2013, 05:42

When I'm ground hog hunting, I usually reload when my box of 50 gets low. There's always a few left and I keep pretty good records of how many times I've reloaded my brass. So I take a sharpie and color in the notch at the base of the brass to tell which brass hasn't been reloaded with the last batch. It comes off when I tumble my brass with corn cobb or walnut media. Most may know this trick but I hope it helps someone.

That's a good idea, I'm going to use it. I have been writing my load data on the case wall with a sharpie for my precision ammo.
