Good price but I will tell you that this is the worst ammunition I have ever fired in any caliber.

Steel cases, no thanks.

Its a bout as attractive as a 40 years old case of M-79 WP rounds that are leaching...better ways to get your face blown off.

There are many people on a tight budget. The ammo may be dirty, it may be a lot of things, but at least someone will be at the range for "nickles" instead of working a second job to pay for the alternative!

It's not an issue of dirty. It's inconsistent and dangerous.

I certainly would never feed steel cased ammo to one of my SCAR's.....the chance of a case getting stuck in a barrel is enough on its face to get me not to touch it. Further....now is the time to start reloading your own ammo...you save $$, get better results, and actually learn a whole lot more about what makes your firearm tick.

that stuff used to be the same price as what AK ammo was. Not paying brass prices for steel ammo :)

MidwayUSA had Fiocchi match grade Vmax ammo last week for .38cents a round. Up to 500 per customer. The deal popped up three times in one day. Now that was a deal, this is not.

I've had no problems with the PMC I've got to shoot. Oh and Herc, didn't mean to dump on your thread at the beginning, thanks for looking out. I was just tossing out that I've had bad experiences with the Herters.

:ponder: :?: How do you get .42 cents a round out of $12.99 per box of 20? Or was there something more on that page when you posted the link than the AE223 that's there now?

When I posted the link the were two options. The first option you already know about.... The second one will have to remain a mystery to you and everyone else who did not see it in time...... HAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAA

Just Kidding.

AMERICAN EAGLE RIFLE AMMO 5.56MM 55GR FMJ/100 @ $42.99 each
Merchandise = $214.95

That makes 1000 rounds in two days... Not bad... However, I will most likely be sleeping on the couch when the wife finds out....
