For me, I think it can work. For what is on paper, right now. Performance IRL doesn't always follow the "on paper".

My 17HMR/22mag does everything I expect from it and more. I don't need anymore ammo to keep up with. This sounds like a "mine is bigger than yours" ploy. Good luck going up against established cal.
