Quick question for those with an FNS. During field strip, after the slide is removed, my take-down pin is not captive and just falls out (which I inevitably forget about happening, and I get to watch it bounce away). My FNX take-down pin is held captive in the receiver during field strip.
Is this normal or should the pin in the FNS be captive during field strip?

That doesn't sound normal, I'd call FN or the shop you bought it from.
