FNX-40 trigger problem?

I have read that early FNX-40 pistols encountered trigger problems.

Can anyone tell me the month and year that the company marketed this gun with the problems solved?

I am interested because the FNX-40 that I purchased this week was made in April 2011. Should I expect to encounter the trigger problem or was my pistol made after the problem was solved?
