To SBR or not to SBR

Post by Litehiker » 22 Oct 2017, 12:32

I like the extra 150 fps. velocity of my factory PS90 barrel over the SBR version (Wikipedia source for velocity loss).

OTOH I like the "extra badassery" of the SBR on an already badass carbine.

I guess if I consider 100 yards as my max effective range I could go with the SBR. One inch lower trajectory won't make me cry too much. I guess I' better get that application filled out and ante up my $200.

BTW, Looking at all the posts of mine that still show my handle I gotta ask; Am I the only one using this site these days??

It would be less than an inch drop between the 2 at 100 yards.

Also at 100 yards you go from self defense to murder one.
