You can add another to the poll.
Laserlyte just came out with this low profile utilitarian-looking light.
It's isn't cool-looking, which is a reason why I think the majority of people voted for the Viridian.

It can mount to pic. rails, so it can go on your carbine or FsN.
What I'm pretty intrigued about is that the Laserlyte original laser they sold as their flagship is no longer listed on their page, and I can't find it, anywhere on their site. I never really liked it.
This latest one, if it can hold up to recoil from the FsN, etc. might be a good addition to your AR.

Their ad even shows it mounted on both and AR and the FsNblueorison wrote:You can add another to the poll.

Pretty sure this is the same "tactical laser"
And yet they can't spell "incredibly".

I had that model, it's ok, but the activation buttons are way too small for it to have any real world "tactical" use on a defensive weapon. I gave it to my dad for plinking.blueorison wrote:You can add another to the poll.

It is not even remotely close to being in the same range as the Viridian. I think the viridian does so well because it A) Looks cool, B) works really good, holds zero well, and has nice big buttons, and C) it has a really bright strobe light built into it as well. (I also own a Viridian C5L).
I've used most major lasers on the market today, and have owned several on several different platforms. Crimson Trace and Viridian are a cut above the rest IMO.
The Armalaser SR2-635 is a better option in the same price range. I have one of those too. It's even smaller, and is a much brighter 635nm dot, whereas the laserlyte is a 650nm unit (unless they've recently updated it).
Here's a pic of the Laserlyte unit on my custom railed HK P7:
Like i said, i gave the laser away.

I finally joined the Five-seveN club and bought a MKII to go with my PS90. You can add the Crimson Trace Railmaster Pro to the list. (http://www.crimsontrace.com/products/ty ... master-pro" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) It mounts securely to the FsN. Now I just need to go sight it in.

Looks great mounted.

Just a shout out. The veridian x5l works fine for me (picky). I would like to say that anthony's leather makes the best holster in the world for this combo. This is not only a gentleman; he's an artist with gun leather. Think the extra months of waiting was well worth it (he needs more people). He'll do anything to make the customer happy. Feel I owe him that much; for the time on this new pattern. I told him my endorsement would be a curse over a blessing. Sorry, spell check is out; and peace.
Re: Gun Mounted Light w/ Laser - Review/Poll -updated 7.13.
Also, my x5l looks nothing like that pic; so I'm scatchcing my head. Also, optics planet lies allot; and they reporty directly to the fed so beware./
