Wanting nice holster for 5 7

Post by warlokk08 » 25 Dec 2009, 16:00

I've looked around online for quite awhile for a good holster and haven't had alot of luck. I'm probably going with a regular side holster or maybe an IWB made from anything except hard plastics. I am probably going with leather. I would like to stay at no more than $100. Can some guys on here post some pics of some nice ones for the Five Seven? i did a search and found one by High Noon that i sorta like if I could get it in black maybe. I just need some ideas. Any info and pics greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
josh

I wish I were on my computer. I had bookmarked a site for a guy who makes custom leather holsters...but for the life of me, I can't remember his name.
If you would, shoot me a PM, (so I'll remember!) and the next time I'm back on, and hopefully on MY computer, I can get you the url.

Google search C. Rusty Sherrick. He is a custom leather guy in Etown, PA. I have had many holsters from him and he is one of the best.

The one I was thinking of is FIST. http://www.fist-inc.com/holsters/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Custom made, and maybe a bit higher than some, but very highly rated.

You may want to check out Galco products. Very nice looking and comfortable. However, a bit pricey but should last a lifetime.

Checked out the 3 places and definately found a couple I like if they can be made for the 5 7. Anyone have any shoulder rigs? Curious if anyone makes them for the 5 7. I will do a search and see. Thanks for all the info guys.

Haugen Handgun Leather does shoulder rigs for the FsN.
I also think High Noon Saddlery puts them out also.

I think EARS has one from Haugen.

Already said, but I would put in another plug for Rusty Sherrick. Very custom, very nice leather holster. I have an IOM and he made me the holster for the round trigger guard. Reasonably priced too, for what you get. I don't remember exactly, but it was under $100.
