Sight dimensions

Does anyone have the dimensions of the front and rear sights? Adjustable preferably but non adjustable would also work.

One is that I'm trying to see if the dimensions are fairly standard to compare to another manufacturer. Another is that I'm drawing the slide and other internal parts at work during my lunch break and I want it to be as accurate as possible. Also, don't laugh too hard but, I was toying with the idea of a 22lr conversion.
