Re: Trade SS 192 for 9MM - Help Me

I would say given what 192 is truly going for if you have to get rid of it fast, you are looking at a 2 to 1 maybe 2.5-1 ratio but not likely. That is 2 rounds of 9 for each round of 192. It would be more if 9 wasn't as tight or if you live in an area like the mtn west which seems to have its share ...

Re: Jay Wolf Elite Ammunition JFundraiser Thank You!

I feel bad now that I sent in my gun. I had shot it the day before and just gave it a quick remoil clean. Sorry for the extra work! We clean all no matter what. STP oil treatment, White Lithium grease and wheel bearing grease are the worst. I know some guys love to use it but the issue is the greas...

The three on the left half already been ID'd, but how about the the two on the right :) They will be an immediate ID if you've ever stumbled across them before: http://cdn.firearmstalk.com/forums/attachments/f56/73399d1354826027-glock-30sf-wow-hst-1.jpg Those four petal bullets are from Lehigh Defe...

I actually agree with you. Here are my 2 biggest FU guns, first the rifle: http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/gg318/BeTheBalls/Guns/Tavor_zpsd745dccd.jpg And now for the handgun: http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/gg318/BeTheBalls/Guns/FNP-45TacticalwithGemtechBlsckside01.jpg When I carry this one ...

Re: Is your weapon collection complete?

Snake-skin is not tactical. Oh wait a min.. I guess it would be if you were hunting snakes. They would never see you coming ~ I don't know. The new marsh design for Sitka sure looks tactical and snake like. Plus isn't that what snakes' skins are for, camoflauge? Bet it breaths well too. GoreySnake-...

Re: Is your weapon collection complete?

If you are investing just because you think the feds are going to ban something...you are going to have a bad time. Unless of course you can already afford them. Then you will have a good time, it just won't be a good investment. After the great failure this year, the gun grabbers really don't have ...

I say again: THIS CASE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH STAND YOUR GROUND LAWS! NOTHING!

I wish people would shut their mouths when they don't know what they are talking about.

Re: Is your weapon collection complete?

That ES is not fun to shoot. I speak from experience. The long bbls are fine. Still worthless as a backcountry carry gun for me. Way too big.

I will say the BC PC gun you have does shoot very well. Great HG hunter.

Re: Is your weapon collection complete?

The .41magnum cartridge is an odd-ball, much like the 5.7x28mm cartridge. A real sleeper. Light loads like a .357 and heavy loads like a .44magnum all within the .41magnum's grasp. Many black bear guides (for hunting) carry firearms chambered in the .41magnum cartridge. Often described as .44magnum...

Reading "Coolidge" by Amity Shlaes right now.

He may be the most underrated president ever. Free market champion that was able to save himself and the party from going down the path of the progressives at least for a few years. Too bad Hoover took over after him.

Yep you got it.

And I don't chrono loads that don't shoot well, so I never did chrono the cutting edge loads, and I have never used those tracers.

Re: ARIS International ammo

I tried different search engines multiple ways trying to find any information on them and came up empty. It is looking like its an individual who is trying to bypass making and selling laws by claiming its from a deployed friend. Either way without verifiable proof of a actual company it seems real...

Which means they were telling you to GFY. They are requiring a $1.25MM order? That is a ridiculous minimum. I could see them requiring a run, but that isn't 5MM pieces, is it? Seems way high.
