This is exactly why I take it out of the holster and set it on the back of shitter every time. IWB, OWB, shoulder or SOB, always goes on the back of the toilet, just in case. Re: what powder for 55 and 62gr bullets from pistol

Have you re-loaded the 5.7x28mm before? It's incredibly sensitive. If you are comfortable giving it a go, I would say start with True Blue, it's about the best powder you can get without going custom. 1700fps should be a reasonable goal for the 55gr, be careful with the 62 grains, if they are pretty...

It comes down to a fundamental lack of knowledge. You're far more likely to kill with your car driving to and from work everyday than you are a properly maintained gun collection. The issue is not the people who know what they're doing, it's the people who don't.

+1 for VarminTOR, next to no chance of going through any wall or window and causing collateral dammage but packs more than enough pop to take care of any two legged varmints you may come across.

Good luck with this...Possibly NWS? If so name it. Like I'm sure some people do, I surf from both work and home and don't want to see a huge pair of knockers come up when I'm at work lol If you wanted to do this, a poll would have been good as well. Would you prefer a tiny set of knockers come up w...

Re: FNP .40 threaded barrels available?

Yes and no, you would get plenty of thump but, you've got nearly a half inch hole for sound to escape, it is technically going to be a lower pitch noise but, speaking strictly on a decibels basis it is going to be notably louder despite suppression. The suppressor is also going to have to be larger ...

Re: FNP .40 threaded barrels available?

Barrel should be fine here, suppressor talk is relegated to NFA. Suppressed .40S&W is getting towards the un-necessary side, the bigger the hole in the middle of the suppressor the more area there is for sound to escape. Sure you can get more thump out of it, I just don't see the appeal of going bey...

Has any one tried the Tornado threaded barrel yet? I just purchased my 5.7 this past weekend and want to go silent. And since I am asking about the barrels has anyone shot more then one suppressor on their 5.7 if so which does the best job? (also this may seem like a NOOB question) but why can't / ...

We need to know what you fired, factory round, elite round or krull round? Failure to cycle isn't uncommon with certain sub-sonics.

Can I ask why you fired it and didn't take it apart to inspect or clean it for a week?

Ah, I missed the folding stock part, somehow. I'd say it's still iffy, a short barreled shotgun with a pistol grip, vertical forward grip and top folding stock is still an AOW, I've got a pair of them.

Re: Can you legally re-convert a SBR back to it's original form?

I don't know that you can register a pistol as a SBR because it stands for Short Barreled Rifle and I'm almost sure you can't register a pistol as a rifle. I think you're going to need to look in to getting an AOW(All Other Weapons) stamp in order to use a veticle front grip on a pistol. Luckily tha...

I'd take it to court, you obviously had at least one eye witness that it was prior to the 55mph zone when he turned his lights on and you were doing roughly 68 in a 65 at the time he initiated his stop. Speed limits are in effect as soon as any part of your vehicle passes the sign, given that you we...

would make sense, the .357Sig is just a necked down .40S&W case that accepts .355 bullets so it should function just fine, just like 10mm is essentially a lengthened .40S&W.

Possibly with a barrel swap, Gimme just a sec, I'll check my "Big Book Of Glockliness"

Yup, they make .40S&W barrels for the 20, sounds like you have to use a .40 magazine though. I don't see a .357 barrel though, that would be pretty bitchin, if I could drop my existing .357 barrel in it for S&G.

It's not a bad price but, that is way too slow a twist, I don't know if S4's would stabilize in that, the SS195 is slow enough and light enough it should, the S4 is notably faster, the new 30Gr VG's might work, but only if you cap them at about 2000fps, they might not stabilize well faster.

I'm pretty sure it will not fit an AR-10 lower, though it will fit an M16 lower with just a little modification. Don't know about the others, I think it would depend on the exact caliber of the gun, but you can always just buy the bolt for a 5.56 if it is different, just for use with your 5.7 upper,...

My only problem is that we, as in the US, need the jobs, if any of the Big 3 fold, there go a LOT of jobs which we desperately need right now. Getting hit while riding is all too common here in AZ. While growing up here I was hit about a half dozen times, including two that ended in trips to the hospital with broken limbs and one MAJOR concussion. Don't pedestrians have the right of way? or does it go cops-pedestrians-cars?
