The warranty will carry over if it is within the first year of purchase I do believe. It is an expensive pistol but so are the FNP45 Tacticals and which I have two of and the FsN. All FNH USA products are well worth the $$$$$$. That is if you want quality.

Well depending on your application. These lights are cheap but with great technology. They are very durable as alot of "EMS" in our area use them. I also have great luck with this brand. I have both the FN SLP and the MOSSBERG 590A1. For me it is the capacity and function for these 2 guns. It seems that the FN is smoother . But I do like the feature of 14 +1 with the KSG
