Re: Delta Trigger Job for PS90

When the safety is off what prevents the gun from firing when dropped on butt?

I am really looking forward to trying the heavy mag release springs. Your solution to the chipping FiveseveN magazines is ingenious.

Re: PS90 Owners I Need Your HELP!

Maybe a stronger set of hammer springs would help hold the bolt closed a little longer?

Re: PS90 Owners I Need Your HELP!

My two PS90s are 25,000 apart in serial number and perform identically. When they were stock the magazine would not pop with new 195 or 197. Both guns popped the mags 2% when using old powerful 195. With hand loads the problem became ridiculous. When I weighted the bolt both guns performed better. E...

Re: California-compliant PS90

That is an excellent job. Have you had a chance to fire it? You might have to weight the bolt when you fire rounds that are more powerful than the factory made stuff. Its ironic that the California law causes you to end up with a rifle that is more potent than the stock gun. That 18" barrel really s...

Re: High power bolt modification

snsarms, I plan to use your weighting method right away but will need more details. I have been using lead tape but that is a temporary solution. Your weight idea is practical and immediately applicable and will add a huge safety margin for magnum loads, real genius, good job. All the bullets I shoo...

Re: PS90 blown to hell

Thanks again both of you for posting these events. Would wrapping the magazines in gorilla duct tape reduce the flying shrapnel or make things worse? iFire, Thanks for the powder volume/weight discussion. Dave O, amazing you thought to put a glove over the magazine. What bullet type/brand, bullet we...

Re: PS90 blown to hell

Sorry to read this. What type of cartridge were you shooting? What was the powder and charge? What is your reloading style for this round? Pictures of the gun would be helpful. Did you have a squib or too much powder?

Re: Which bullets for reloading the 5.7x28 round

This is one of the best. Exits the barrel quickly. Second choice is 195 projectile pulled down from factory ammo.

Re: Trident 62 grain 223 REM or These new phones are amazing

I brought my AR 15 with the 18" 1:7 twist barrel to the Clark County Shooting Park in Nevada. The shooting park is a world class gun range located north of Las Vegas at the foot of the Sheep mountains. 100 rounds each of EA Trident 62 grain brass banded bullets and 77 grain Sierra HPBT bullets were ...

Re: FF's 5.7x28mm Load Data

Thank you for posting photos of your PS90. When firing powerful rounds with my PS90 the magazine did not pop out on each shot. When there was just one round in the magazine for test shots the magazine did not pop. This may have been because the gases flowed into the empty magazine space and reduced ...

Re: FF's 5.7x28mm Load Data

First class report. I am trying to understand why your magazine does not pop up shooting these powerful rounds. What is your barrel length? Would you post a picture of your hammer group? What color is the hammer? Does your group have an auto sear?
Thank you,
