Campaign ads have finally gone mainstream. Instead of the usual mean hitpiece ad featuring a picture of the candidate with a red NO sign through it, or fearmongering, they have gone "M-TV" with their approach.

Gone are the days when a liar would say "Im better cause I smell good, and he's bad cause' he eats little children and sacrifices goats to Baal..."

Now we have automobile and cellphone ad agencies vying for our vote.

Be afraid, be very afraid... :barf:

Here's where I got the feed, interestingly enough it was linked on drudgereport.com

I remember the Apple ad (I was 14 at the time) and the Futurama episode too. I just find it interesting that Obama "officially" denies knowledge, but the buzz is he approves it.

Precisely.

He knew, authorized, and condoned it.

Whenever I think of Hilary or Obama, I start to hear the song "end of the world" by REM.

This will be one of history's most important elections. It will have effects over us and generations to come like none have had in the past. It is very scary!!

Do Republicans have anyone that can actually win and help us. Right now we have Guiliany and McCain :barf: . As a Republican I am really worried about this next election. I do not fell confident in any of my choices.

Hummmm, hey MO would you consider running? ;)

Umm... No...

You see, I have many skeletons in my closet that I would be embarrassed for my young daughters to see.

Now, were I childless, or heartless, the answer may be different.. :D

It will be and I'm more concerned about what happens to congress then just the Presidency! Look at what has happened already and it's only March. We have 1yr and 9 months left with congress as it currently is. That's a long time and alot of damage could be done. I only hope the Democrats stick to their blaming and finger pointing without offering solutions and nothing will get done. Then maybe the American public will see them for who they are and remove them from the majority.
