View Full Version : FYI- Goverment Prices

The owner of the web site www.botachtactical.com, who sells AR15 and other tactical accessories, gave me a website of his to go to, in order to get better prices on the items that I was calling him about. It is a website for Police and Military with goverment prices, and I bought an Eotech 553 for about $70 dollars less than about 20 different web sites that I was shoping for prices.

He asked me to post this on any forums that I was a member and tell everyone that they can go to this web site (www.kleyzion.com), and call the listed number for goverment prices; tell them that the owner said to give you goverment prices and you will be able to get them.

I do not know if this will work, but when i was on the phone with him, he asked for my name and told me to go to that site while he was still on the phone with him. I did and followed his instructions to click on "my account" and he had the Items that I wanted on a wish list with goverment prices. I went through registering and then checkout, and I was a member. I later went back to that web site to see if I was still a member and could get the same prices; and I could.

If any one is interested, give it a try. If it does not work, post a reply and I will call him to see what gives. Or you could go to botachtactical to the customer service link, then call the number given for (ask the expert); and tell him what you heard from me and ask him what gives. I think it is the (ask the expert link).

Well in the case of firearms you have Wholesale, dealer, Dept Or Gov't price, then retail...the Govt price reflects a discount on the (last I knew 11% Federal excize tax on complete firearms) a discount which isnt offered to Individual officers or other citizens. Botach themselves dont have the best reputation in the world
and Im sure that you would find a few complaints on the BBB website.
If they are directing anyone and everyone to a lets dont pay excize tax party
...You dont want to be on the invite list.

I would be very darn careful about trying to purchase things without paying the tax on them when your not buying as a purchasing agent of a Gov't subdivsion with deptmental purchase orders. There are criminal penalties.

The link no workie ...cannot find website is what I get...so I cant look at what exactly this is.

Botach sure don't have the best reputation in town. The link has been fixed.

I looked at it...you dont want anything to do with that if your are NOT a police or military purchasing agent with proper authorization and paperwork. for an indiviual to partake
is not normally allowed , and if Botach is doing a wink wink, nod nod, it can end badly.

Botach is one of those places we advise everyone to stay away from due to their very poor customer service.

cloudrider, I'd think twice before going that route ever again. Some of the folks who post here are in law enforcement and they're simply advising you not to do it because they don't want to see you get into some big time trouble.

You see, that's your problem.

They distract you with something that looks good, but don't deliver what was primised..
