Well, it's been forever since I last posted. No FiveSeven yet, the money I was saving up went to the "new roof fund" instead.

I don't know if anybody else follows the show, but the new Battlestar Galatica on the SciFi channel is, IMHO, one of the better shows on TV these days.

I mention this, because I paused the screen during one episode, to see a close-up of the sidearms they use on the show, and sure enough, it's a FiveSeven with a shroud of some sort attached to the rail (I presume to keep things"futuristic"). Plus, they also changed to grip to look a little different (I think they are going for a "wood grips" look for some reason).

Good to know that the 5.7 round is good enough to use on Cylons... :p

I havent checked Battlestar Gallactica out yet, i hate coming into a series anywhere other than the beginning, but i may give it a shot. Good eye for the gun though, it bugs my wife somethin fierce when i pause a DVD or get all up close to the screen to try and make out the make and model of what they are carrying.
