Late on Friday I was handed a cease and desist order by the ATF. We where quite shocked because we had just filled an appeal for judicial review.

I want to make clear to everyone that this does not affect any of our semiautomatics or other manufactured guns. Those are safely in the hands of Wise-Lite Arms. It also does not mean that we are going out of business. The company is comfortably solvent and firearms are only a percentage of what we sell.

I appreciate all the support I have been receiving from the comunity. I have never been allowed any due process at this stage and the story is certainly not over.

It does at that.....Im a customer there....no other place in texas has the milserps that place does.

we had a place like that close down over this way, not because of atf, but because he couldnt make ends meet. its sad to see a store of any kind have to close, or something else happen to it.

Of course there were still plenty of shootings last night in chicago were handguns are illegal.
Maybe the ATF should waste some of our tax money here.

There was a shooting in Chicago??? Say it isn't so! Mayor Daley must be rolling over in his grave (I wish his son would share his spot of rest real soon).

I was under the impression after listening to all the anti's out there that if guns were illegal, only the gestapo... I mean the government would have them. Obviously I was wrong and the NRA was right. If guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.

Back to the topic. I have never been a customer of Military Gun Supply, I never knew it existed. However, having some ATF woes of my own right this minute, I symphathise with them, and will endeavor to do business with their other subsidiaries as finances allow. All of us in the firearms community need to band together to make sure that the anti-gun Nazi's stay where they belong... Two steps from the gallows.
