Don't know if you guys have seen this but I thought that it was interresting. The bg did shoot once the ccw was drawn. It does seem that the lady with the kid only brought half her brain into the hotel with her. Just let me know what you think.

I hope his company didn't have a policy against the CCW while working, he placed the kid in danger as much as the BG, and why in the world would you come out from behind the counter and walk out into the open till the Cops arrive. Seems he wasn't using all of his brain either.

He was bouncing around alot. Must have been a big adrenaline dump into his system. That was poor use of cover and if he was going to carry at work he should have planned his actions a little better.

The guy did survive. We really never do know if someone is going to shoot someone until after the smoke clears. If a robber has a gun he must have some intention of using it.
I am surprised that the woman with the little girl didn't get out of the way when they bg pulled his gun. Talk about not paying attention.

You keep talking about the woman with the kid. She did nothing wrong. Making sudden movements when someone has a gun pointed is a good way to get shot, and she had the child to be worried about. When the Clerk opened fire she moved. Most people when a gun is pulled on them or the lead starts flying don't know if they should shit or go blind. Unless you've been in that position you will never know.

My statement was simply that she did not even react to the gun man. It definetly seems that she did not even notice that the place was getting robbed. Whether she did anything wrong is not my point. My point is that she did nothing, no reaction. I just thought that it was funny.

When someone points a gun at you how do you know he will let you live? I guess it's a crap shoot. All I can say is the moment a criminal points a weapon at me or my loved ones his life is forfeit and if I have a chance I will respond with deadly force. It's a personal decision and others might react differently.

from the angle it looked like he was shooting within inches of that little girl. If I had decided to draw I think I would have move more to the right to make sure to clear the kid.

alot of discussion has been generated over that clip. from all accounts, the angle makes it seem that the clerk is alot closer to the lady than actual. think there was maybe 1-2 feet or so.

One to two feet in a gunfight is close.
