you ever feel that when you are at work, and you really work hard, that you are not as productive as when your slacking off?

Yesterday and today i have been working harded (more effort) than usual and im getting less out of it. hahahaha

exactly. effort is the opposite of lazy. therefore, one cannot be productive, which means blurry pix. lol.

next time my boss asks whats up, i can tell him that i am doing nothing therfore i am doing everything, lol

Yes multitasking is key for me too. SAHM to 3 little ones. I am only on when the 2 boys are napping or out for the night.
