Let's see if we can add some weapons from other members. If it catches on, I can post more of mine later this week when I get off work for a few days.

Lets see if this works. Bushmaster w/ Knight's RAS, Aimpoint Comp M2, and Laser Devices OTAL

04-24-2005, 05:29 PM
And maybe this. Norinco

Glad to see I am not the only person who has sunk a mint into a 5.56 weapon system..;)

I used to have a Norinco ak years ago, I wish I had never sold it. I guess the ignorance of youth is my only excuse.

Very impressive weapons!!!!!!

I have wanted a Galil for some time but I have not gotten around to getting one.

I am building an AR pistol. I have some of the parts (gas tube, forend, butt cap and spring). I haven't gotten around to getting a lower registered as a pistol yet.

I am curious to see what other items are floating around among our members.

05-10-2005, 03:15 AM

Whoa, P99 guy, how the *heck* did you get ahold of a SA80/L85? Tell me that's just an airsoft replica, pleeeease tell me! Despite all of its shortcomings, that is on my short list of 'cool rifles I would own if I could!'

05-15-2005, 10:17 PM
p99guy is the man...

05-16-2005, 12:50 PM
No the SA80 is the real deal....I do some work for U.S. Defense Logistics (im listed on the website) and they send me some really neet toys to go demo to agencies.

here is an example of the stuff the UPS man brings me at times
SAR21 rifles, M203grenade Launcher, Ultimax MkIII Light machine gun

Not everybody can say they have shot a machinegun at DFW International airport
:) but I have...ok it wasnt at a tango...we were doing demos at TREXPO III
at the DPS firing range at the airport....

P99 guy,

I am looking for a career change,,,,,I am hoping you need a assistant ;)

05-17-2005, 01:44 AM
Geez, my dad was LE in Houston, but we *never* had toys like that at home. I didn't think there *were* any SA80's in the US. Very nice to see. I don't suppose you get to keep it =( Don't even show us some tricked out Sig 55x, or I'll have to throw myself from the nearest cliff! Thanks for the fast shipment of the mags, BTW. Haven't gotten them yet, but I'll be eagerly awaiting the postman! Now all I have to do is wait for Coal Creek to get their next allotment and for Natchez to get ss195 in stock... =(

05-17-2005, 08:58 AM
Fear not , I havent gotten to play with the Sig 550/551 series as of yet. there are a number of post may 86 dealer samples of the SA80 in the states and they dont sell well to deptments because of the near 3000.00 price tag..compared to brand new HK G 36's going for around 1300.00.
You should get your mags tomorrow and at the latest thur.
Nightrunner :) I wish it kept me busy enough to quit my day job so to speak, and it pays well enough when I do demos...but I may go 2 months at a stretch without doing one . If you see a movie called the Anarcist cookbook...I was one of the militia members in the film. Here I am with actor John Savage on the set

05-17-2005, 06:28 PM
John Savage was in "The Deer Hunter" with Robert Dinero and Christopher Walken....

Great Movie. if you ask me.Nowwwww.... I will have to look for Anarchist cookbook to see how well you act my friend ;)
